Stikeman Elliot, one of Canada’s most prestigious law firms, redesigned its Calgary office in partnership with Kasian Architecture and Interior Design. The result is a transformative space at Bankers Hall that seamlessly merges hospitality, warmth, and corporate professionalism.

Anchored in the heart of the newly redesigned office, an impressive, custom staircase connecting the floors with a golden glow, thanks to the installation of Banker Wires M44-2 mesh. Powder coated in a striking gold finish, the mesh acts as both a visual centerpiece and a symbol of refinement and unity.

Banker Wire is the world’s leading manufacturer of woven and welded wire mesh for architectural and industrial applications. With over 130 years of experience, Banker Wire combines old-world craftsmanship with modern engineering to produce the most extensive range of wire mesh patterns in the industry.

Banker Wire is commonly used in railings, facades, ceilings, cladding, infill panels, and as space dividers, offering both functionality and visual impact. The woven metal mesh used in Stikeman Elliott’s Calgary office is a prime example of how Banker Wire can transform a space into something both timeless and tailored. The M44-2 pattern, known for its balanced open area and strong architectural lines, adds depth and texture without compromising sightlines or natural light.

The use of decorative metal mesh in corporate interiors isn’t new, but its integration here speaks volumes. This installation proves how the right material, can define a space, elevate its identity, and create a lasting impression.
