Oxford Children's Aid Society
The Children’s Aid Society of Oxford County built a new 48,000 square foot building to provide services to families for children’s care.
The building included a three-story atrium featuring Architectural Components Group wood baffle ceilings and linear wood wall panels.
MMMC Architects describes the project – “Rich, bamboo slatted panels create a stunning 3 story feature wall in the main atrium. The soft striated grain of the bamboo is an element of all the hard surface selections. This facilitates a cohesive interior material concept that reflects calm fluid movement”.
